Daddy Daughter Halloween Party

Abby looks forward all year to her date with Layne for her Daddy Daughter activity day costume party.  This year she wanted a poodle skirt so Layne dressed to match.  He is such a good sport!  They had a great time carving pumpkins and playing games.  The dad's even painted their daughters fingernails.  I know Abby will always cherish experiences like this, and I'm so thankful she has a dad who is always there for her.

Lexie was an angel for the whole game

It's no secret that we love to watch BYU football.  This year we actually decided to go to a game.  Unfortunately, BYU had a rough beginning of the season and it wasn't a terribly great game to watch.  But it was fun to get away with Layne for a few hours.  We met up with Mike and Emily at the game in Logan, which was also fun.  Lexie was awesome until about the last five minutes of the game and then I just stood and bounced until the game ended.  Hopefully we can make another game next year and see BYU when they're at their best instead of worst!
