This was our off year for the Kinghorn family reunion, but we ended up with a pretty big get together nonetheless. Karen and Bart and family came from Kansas so they could bless their baby where Mom and Dad Kinghorn could be there. It just also happened that Brian and Debbi had their baby in July and decided to bless their baby on the same Sunday. So with that, Mike and Emily's family and Kathy and Alex's family came up from Utah so we could all get together for the blessings. The Saturday before the blessing we had a big barbeque at our house. It turned out to be a lot of fun. We set up the volleyball net and played a little game and the kids had fun playing on the swings and tramp. We don't have a lot (okay so we don't have any) of shade in our backyard, so it was a little warm at first but later in the evening it got really nice. It was really fun to have everyone here. Sunday we all went to Sugar City for the blessings. My new niece Rachel was fortunate to have two Great-Grandpa's stand in the circle. We are so blessed to be part of such an amazing circle of support and love. It really was a neat weekend for all of us!
